We would like to recognize Robin Rosenthal for her 25 years of service to Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland. Robin started as a Driver serving the Dundalk and Central Seven Routes and has been a Lead Dock Supervisor since 2012. Robin is responsible for ensuring all drivers have what they need to deliver meals daily. Over the past 26 years, Robin has been diligent, dedicated and hardworking to serving our clients. She is determined and focused, and her primary concern is the mission of the organization which she embodies daily. In 2018, she won Employee of the Year for her dedication and service. She also showed her commitment during the pandemic which tested the organization’s resolve. As one of her fellow colleagues stated, “She is a very energetic and likeable person. The best time we had with Robin was during the pandemic, when she was leading all the drivers, overseeing the distribution department because her colleagues had to focus on other areas.”
Silas Fuller, Director of Distribution, who has been Robin’s supervisor for more than 17 years, recently said, “Robin has shown tremendous dedication to her role at Meals on Wheels. She has demonstrated the drive to make sure that all our seniors are fed daily, and that our mission is accomplished. Over the last 17 years, as her supervisor, she has shown herself to be irreplaceable.”
