Executive Chef Anthony Franklin joined the Cosima team in September 2020 and is quickly making his mark at the restaurant.
He is already making waves as a finalist in the Annual Farm to Chef competition to benefit TasteWise Kids. His thoughtful approach to cooking and steering the kitchen come through in every bite of the dishes he makes.
In his spare time, Anthony enjoys spending time with his two small boys and dog.

A native New Englander, Cosima’s Concept Director Donna Crivello has been a Baltimore restaurant staple since moving south 35 years ago.
She loves interacting with Cosima guests whether stopping by their table during a meal or leading a monthly cooking class. As the restaurant is situated in one of the most tranquil settings in all of Baltimore, it is no surprise that Donna enjoys her off-time in the outdoors.
Beyond the kitchen, Donna can be found jogging, playing tennis or tending to her garden on the patio of the restaurant.

Aaron Simons, Beverage Director, joined the Cosima team in March of 2018. A native to Maryland’s Eastern shore, his father’s South Baltimore upbringing always granted him a strong connection with the city.
With almost twenty years in hospitality and service, Simons elevates the bar program with a fusion of American cocktail traditions and Italian Apertivo culture, while continuing to curate a wine program that celebrates the fabulous wine-making communities of Southern Italy.
When he isn’t dealing out flights of Amari, he spends his free time with his partner (Meg) and dog (Finn) in their Northeast Baltimore home.
