Roberta, a vibrant 101-year-old, has called Baltimore home since 1953, when she moved from South Carolina with her husband and children. She dedicated her career to caring for others as a nurse’s aide at John Hopkins Hospital. Today, Mrs. Roberta is the beloved matriarch of a large family that spans six generations—a beautiful testament to her legacy and strength. Her home is filled with cherished photos and memories of loved ones, each telling a piece of her remarkable life story.
For the past year, Mrs. Roberta has been receiving Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland, a service she deeply values. She describes her driver, Willie, as nice and respectful. We’re honored to serve Mrs. Roberta and be part of her story, helping her remain independent and supported in the place she has call home for over 67 years!
