Teen Takeover Packing Shifts
- Saturday, November 13th: 8am-11am FULL
- Monday, December 27th: 8am-12pm
- Wednesday, December 29th: 1pm-4pm
How Do I Get Started?
Step 1: If you are new to Meals on Wheels and have never volunteered with us before, complete a volunteer application. If you have volunteered with us before, proceed to Step 3.
Step 2: If you will be packing meals with us, complete a liability form. Email the completed form to volunteer@mowcm.org or bring it with you to your first packing shift.
Step 3: Email volunteer@mowcm.org for a Teen Takeover Bingo Card to print at home, or sign up for a meal packing shift here and ask for a physical copy after your shift.
Step 4: After completing each square on the card, get it initialed and dated by a Meals on Wheels staff person. This can be done at our main office during a packing shift/donation drop-off, or by emailing a photo verification to volunteer@mowcm.org and noting our email response date on the card. Squares must be completed and dated between 11/15/21 and 1/7/22.
Step 5: Return your card or take a photo of your completed card and email it to us by Friday, January 7th to be entered into our Teen Takeover Raffle. Each BINGO that you have will be one entry (5 squares in a row: vertical, horizonal, or diagonal). Multiple BINGOs per card are accepted (15 Raffle entries for a complete card). *Please include in your submission how many BINGOS you completed. Raffle winners will be notified via email by January 14th.

Teen Volunteering at Meals on Wheels
There are tons of ways for teens to make a difference at Meals on Wheels! Volunteer during school breaks, in the evenings, or on the weekends!
For meal packing, be sure to complete a liability form with a parent/legal guardian and email it to volunteer@mowcm.org prior to your first packing shift. Look for an email the day before your packing shift with an online health screening to complete.
Have questions? Contact Volunteer Support Services.
Do you have a group of more than five who want to volunteer? Contact us to reserve a date today.
